Information when you visit

The website is hosted by Hostinger. As part of delivering and protecting the website, hosting systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and the pages requested.

Cookies and browser preferences

Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement are optional. You can allow each separately, accept both or reject both in the cookie controls. The Google library is blocked until you consent to at least one purpose, and only the destinations you allow are configured. Use Cookie settings on any page to change your choice.

Analytics helps us understand visits, page views and successful enquiries. Advertising measurement helps us assess which adverts bring people to our website. With your consent, Google receives technical and usage information, such as browser and device details, page addresses and campaign identifiers. We do not send the name, email address, telephone number, postcode or message from your enquiry form to Google. Personalised advertising and Google signals are disabled by this website's code.

Analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_9YPVQFXY4J may last up to two years by default. Advertising-measurement cookies such as _gcl_au may last around 90 days. Your consent choice is stored in this browser for six months; our colour-animation preference is stored separately. Withdrawing a purpose clears accessible Google measurement cookies and reloads the page to stop the existing tags.

We rely on your consent for this optional measurement. Google may process information outside the UK; see Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. The site works without optional measurement.

Contacting us

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and a description of your project. You can also provide a phone number, project postcode and the service you need. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you request. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your project.

How the form is delivered

Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and sent to our business inbox, hosted by MXroute. FormSubmit processes your submitted details and technical information to deliver messages and help prevent spam. It states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Read the FormSubmit privacy policy for its own practices. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse before they can be sent. Cloudflare processes technical information, including IP address and browser signals, for this security check. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The website also keeps a temporary hashed network identifier and submission times to limit repeated requests; this log does not contain your enquiry text.
